Quick watercolor study

A quick watercolor study I did on Saturday for one of my original projects. Oh, watercolors, how I have missed using thee! Now that I switched my major to illustration at school I can get my painting time in.

Wait, what?

I've been busy with life, but here's some schoolwork. Yay!

I have 2 out of 3 characters from Character Design class. The professor wanted us to pick a video game and make three original characters for it. I was really torn between anything by Sucker Punch (anyone who knows all about my artistic preferences knows I basically have an art crush on them), Mass Effect 2 and Ratchet and Clank.

Of course, I HAD to pick the opposite of the realistic design that my professor wanted, so I picked Ratchet and Clank!

Firstly, there is this is an actress character. Probably for a spy movie from the R+C universe or something, maybe even a sidekick/villainess for Secret Agent Clank. (Can you believe there actually ARE shoes like that with no heels? Aye-yi-yi.)

Secondly, a generic guard character, because every game needs those!
